Sidley represented RoundTable Healthcare Partners in connection with the sale of its interest in Designs for Health, a provider of premium nutritional products and education for health professionals. During its five-year investment, RoundTable supported key investments in the Company’s leadership team, operations, and commercial initiatives, helping the Company achieve significant growth in revenue and profitability while expanding its reach among healthcare practitioners and their patients.
