Sidley represented Itron, Inc. (NASDAQ: ITRI), an AI-powered intelligent infrastructure company that helps utilities and cities manage energy, water, and other services, in its definitive agreement to acquire Locusview, Ltd., a privately held utility-focused software and services company based in the United States and Israel. The purchase price for the all-cash acquisition is US$525 million and the deal is expected to close in January 2026.
