Biography
JAKE FUNK’s practice focuses on financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism, corporate governance, and other corporate and securities law matters.
Jake earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School. While in law school, he worked as a legal intern for a national sports team. He received his bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Redlands with a dual major in political science and economics.
