Sidley Represents Armis in Its US$7.75 Billion Sale to ServiceNow

Sidley represented Armis Security, a leading asset intelligence cybersecurity company, in its US$7.75 billion all-cash acquisition by ServiceNow. The transaction, one of the largest all-cash acquisitions in the global cybersecurity sector, follows a period of significant growth for Armis Security, including a US$435 million Series E financing completed last month that valued the company at US$6.1 billion. The transaction is expected to close during the second half of 2026.  

The Sidley team was led by Martin Wellington and Dr. Idan Netser (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital), and included Nicholas Frey and Lindsay Fisher-McFarland (Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation); David Chriki (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital); and Alvin Wang and Sophie Arkusinski (Tax).
