Sidley Represents Sapiom in US$15.75 Million Seed Financing

Sidley represented Sapiom, Inc., a company focused on building autonomous AI assistants for the financial services industry, in its US$15.75 million Series Seed financing, led by Accel. The round included participation from Gradient, Array Ventures, Okta Ventures, Menlo Ventures, Anthropic, Coinbase Ventures, Formus Capital, and Operator Collective. Several high-profile strategic angel investors also participated, including Shopify, OpenAI, Vercel, GitHub, Circle, and Mercury.

The Sidley team was led by Dr. Idan Netser and Graeme Waller (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital), and included Sara Zokaei and Laura DeMassa (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital).
