Sidley Represents Peach Finance in Its Acquisition by SoFi

Sidley represented Peach Finance Inc. (Peach), in its acquisition by SoFi. Peach, a lending infrastructure startup that provides loan servicing software for lenders, has been a long-term client of the firm. Investors in the company included Nyca Partners, Canapi Ventures, Caffeinated Capital, and SciFi VC.
