SAMANTHA CARVALHO focuses her practice on complex business transactions, including financing transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
Samantha earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School. During law school, she served as a research assistant and teaching fellow for professors focusing on law and economics, as a technical editor for the Harvard Negotiation Law Review, and as a judicial extern to a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Samantha earned her B.A., cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles in business economics.
