Sidley Represents Jane Street in Its Investments in AI Chip Maker Etched

Sidley represented Jane Street in its investments in Etched, including recently announced Series C financing, which valued the AI chip startup at US$10.3 billion. Etched is developing specialized AI chips designed to accelerate the performance and efficiency of large language models and other generative AI workloads.

The Sidley team was led by Michael Podolny and Graeme Waller, and included Laura DeMassa (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital).
