Sidley Represents Thompson Street Capital Partners and Portfolio Company Allyant in Acquisition of Braille Works

Sidley represented Thompson Street Capital Partners and its portfolio company Allyant in its acquisition of Braille Works, a provider of accessible alternative format communications, including braille, large print, audio, and accessible PDFs. The acquisition more than doubles Allyant’s production footprint and capacity, and expands its presence to Florida.
