BRAD MCGEE focuses his practice on complex business transactions, including M&A and private equity investments, as well as on corporate governance and securities compliance matters.

Brad received his J.D. cum laude from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where he served as an editor of the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology. He graduated cum laude from DePauw University with a B.A. in Economics.
