Biography
VINCENT BARTIROMO focuses his practice on representing clients in the formation and operation of private investment funds and advising registered funds with respect to ongoing legal and regulatory compliance with securities laws.
While attending St. John’s University School of Law, Vincent served as senior articles editor of the St. John’s Law Review and the Journal of Catholic Legal Studies. He was also a judicial extern to The Honorable Joseph F. Bianco at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
