
Biography
KERRY BENJAMIN focuses her practice on the representation of issuers, sponsors, underwriters, borrowers, and financial institutions in a variety of finance transactions.
While attending Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, Kerry served as an editor of the Journal of Law and Social Policy and was a member of the Student Bar Association. She also worked in the Movement Lawyering Clinic, representing community organizers in civil rights litigation.
Prior to attending law school, Kerry was a project assistant in the firm’s Global Finance practice.
