Ana Pajar Blinder

ANA PAJAR BLINDER represents professional sports organizations, international governing bodies, and media and entertainment companies in high-stakes commercial litigation. Her clients count on her to navigate complex, high-profile matters involving broadcast rights, venue and stadium agreements, partnership disputes, and business torts with legal rigor and a keen understanding of their business. She has extensive experience litigating in federal and state court.

Before pursuing a career in law, she served as a crisis communications advisor at the National Football League and the American Civil Liberties Union. She served as a law clerk to The Honorable Evelyn Padin in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

While attending Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, Ana served as an editor of the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology and was the vice president of the Latino Law Student Association. She also interned for The Honorable Esther Salas of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Federal Programs Branch at the U.S. Department of Justice.

Ana is a native Portuguese speaker and is proficient in Spanish.

• Chess.com in the launch of Gambit.com, a new gaming platform currently in beta that brings Chess.com’s industry-leading approach to game-based learning to poker for the first time.
• The North American soccer confederation, CONCACAF, in a commercial dispute pertaining to broadcast rights in Florida state court (pending).
• Sports federations and private companies on a wide variety of betting and gaming laws, including the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act, the Wire Act, and various states’ gambling and fantasy sports regulatory regimes.
• Several music and entertainment clients on commercial litigation matters.

Commercial Disputes

• A global importer, distributor, and marketer of consumer products and its founder in connection with an alleged breach of partnership agreement and related business torts (pending).
• An out-of-home advertising company in a high-stakes force majeure dispute arising out of the COVID-19 pandemic (pending).
• Former senior officers of X Corp. (formerly known as Twitter) in the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware concerning the company’s refusal to advance legal fees.

Ana also maintains an active pro bono practice on behalf of nonprofits and individual civil rights plaintiffs. Most recently, she was part of the team representing petitioner’s cert- and merits-stage briefing in Abouammo v. United States, 608 U.S. ---- (2026), addressing the constitutional standard for venue in criminal prosecutions.
