ANA PAJAR BLINDER represents professional sports organizations, international governing bodies, and media and entertainment companies in high-stakes commercial litigation. Her clients count on her to navigate complex, high-profile matters involving broadcast rights, venue and stadium agreements, partnership disputes, and business torts with legal rigor and a keen understanding of their business. She has extensive experience litigating in federal and state court.
Before pursuing a career in law, she served as a crisis communications advisor at the National Football League and the American Civil Liberties Union. She served as a law clerk to The Honorable Evelyn Padin in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
While attending Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, Ana served as an editor of the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology and was the vice president of the Latino Law Student Association. She also interned for The Honorable Esther Salas of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Federal Programs Branch at the U.S. Department of Justice.
Ana is a native Portuguese speaker and is proficient in Spanish.
