Ana P. Blinder

ANA PAJAR BLINDER focuses her practice on commercial litigation and disputes and government investigations.

Prior to joining Sidley, Ana worked in strategic communications at the National Football League and the American Civil Liberties Union, where she advised stakeholders on crisis communications and public relations strategy. While in law school, she interned for the Honorable Esther Salas of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Federal Programs Branch at the U.S. Department of Justice. She will begin a clerkship in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey for the 2024–2025 term.

While attending Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, Ana served as the diversity and inclusion editor of the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology and the vice president of the Latin Law Students Association. Ana received her B.A. in communications from the University of Pennsylvania.

Ana is a native Portuguese speaker and is proficient in Spanish.
