Courtney Cantrell

COURTNEY CANTRELL focuses her practice on complex fund finance transactions. She advises banks and other financial institutions as lenders and administrative agents in structuring, negotiating, and documenting subscription credit facilities, NAV facilities, and hybrid facilities for private equity and other investment funds.

Courtney was a judicial intern for the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah.
