IRIS CHEUNG’s practice focuses on capital markets and corporate finance transactions. She represents both issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Iris is also experienced in advising on mergers and acquisitions, post-listing governance and regulatory matters, and other corporate matters.
