
Biography
ANGELA CHOW focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, capital markets, and shareholder activism work.
Angela received her J.D. cum laude from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as an associate editor of the Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law and in 2024 she was a recipient of the “Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award.” Angela received her B.A. cum laude from Northeastern University, where she graduated as a member of Pi Sigma Alpha.
Prior to joining Sidley, Angela was a paralegal at another global law firm.
