Biography
ADAM COOPER focuses his practice on representing clients in the offering and formation of private funds and advising registered funds in connection with ongoing legal and regulatory compliance with securities laws.
Adam graduated cum laude from Fordham University School of Law and holds a B.A. in history from Vassar College. While attending law school, he served as a member of the Fordham International Law Journal and as a teaching assistant.
