Sidley Represents Bonaccord Capital in Increased Minority Investment in Park Square Capital

Sidley represented Bonaccord Capital Partners (Bonaccord) in connection with its second strategic minority investment in Park Square Capital (Park Square), one of Europe’s leading credit investment firms with more than US$19 billion in assets under management. Bonaccord first invested in Park Square in December 2021, and has since been a long-term strategic partner. The increased investment further supports Park Square’s strategy and future growth objectives.
