Grace C. Dau

GRACE DAU focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions as well as private equity transactions.

Grace earned her J.D., with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law. While in law school, she received the “Marvin Key Collie Endowed Presidential Scholarship in Tax Law.”

Prior to attending law school, Grace received her M.A. from the University of St. Andrews in international relations and business management. After graduation, she spent three years teaching and earned her M.A. in education from Southern Methodist University.
