Sidley Represents Apex Treasury Corp. in Its US$4 Billion Business Combination With TECfusions

Sidley is representing Apex Treasury Corp. (NASDAQ: APXT) in its proposed business combination with TECfusions, Inc., a developer and operator of AI-ready data center and power infrastructure. The transaction is based on a US$4 billion pre-money valuation of TECfusions and is supported by a US$35 million PIPE investment. Upon completion, TECfusions is expected to gain additional access to the public capital markets to support development across its existing sites, expansion into additional strategic markets, and continued growth of its AI-ready data center platform.
