Matthew Dutton

MATTHEW DUTTON focuses his practice on investment funds.

Matt earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law and his B.A. from Bucknell University. During law school, he was a clinic fellow at Boston University’s Student Innovations Law Clinic, which provides pro bono legal services to Boston University and MIT student-led business ventures. Matt was also a staff editor for the Journal of Science & Technology Law.

Prior to law school, Matt worked at a global alternative data provider servicing the hedge fund industry.
