MICHAEL FABRIZIO is an associate in the Global Finance group in the firm’s New York office. Michael focuses his practice on structured finance and securitizations with a particular emphasis on representing issuers and placement agents in commercial real estate collateralized loan obligation (CRE CLO) transactions and infrastructure CLO transactions. Michael has experience with corporate CLO, CMBS and RMBS transactions as well. Additionally, Michael was part of the Sidley team on a fund formation transaction where he represented a borrower in the Federal Reserve’s 2020 TALF program.
While attending St. John’s University School of Law, he served as articles and notes editor of the New York International Law Review. He also received a B.S. in mathematics from Villanova University.
