Sidley has worked on thousands of asset-backed securitization transactions representing issuers and underwriters. The assets we have helped securitize include credit card receivables (including written-off accounts), secured and unsecured consumer loans, marketplace loans, auto loans, mortgage loans, commercial loans and other debt obligations, franchise loans, trade receivables, future flows, retail installment sales contracts, student loans, structured settlements and utility receivables.
