Biography
KATHERINE FINLEY focuses her practice on representing clients in the formation and offering of private investment funds and advising registered funds on legal and regulatory compliance with federal securities laws. She also advises on the negotiation of derivatives transactions and counsels investment advisers on regulatory and compliance matters.
While attending the University of Michigan Law School, Katherine served as a notes editor for the Michigan Journal of Environmental and Administrative Law. She also served as a judicial extern to The Honorable Robert W. Lehrburger, at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
