JULIA GAUL focuses her practice on corporate and securities law matters, including capital markets transactions, securities filings, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
Prior to joining Sidley, Julia was a legal intern at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the District of Connecticut.
While attending University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, Julia served as an editor of the Journal of Business Law.
