Biography

ASHTYN HEMENDINGER focuses her practice on debt restructurings, private credit, and direct lending relating to leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, acquisitions, as well as leverage finance transactions. Ashtyn advises financial institutions such as credit funds and alternative capital providers as lenders, lead arrangers, and agents, as well as financial sponsors and their portfolio companies.
