- A leading P.R.C. private equity firm in its investment in the Series B financing round of an international logistics and delivery services provider.
- A New York–based private equity firm in a number of acquisitions in the automotive industries.
- A global investment bank in its proposed acquisition of an apparel labeling producer.
Private Equity Fund Formation and LP Investments
- A leading regional venture capital firm in the formation of a number of Hong Kong limited partnership funds.
