Biography

TAYLOR ISHIDA focuses her practice on corporate transactions.

During her time in law school, Taylor interned at a biomedical device company, assisting on intellectual property litigation matters. While attending Santa Clara University School of Law, she served on the boards of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA), Chiefs in Intellectual Property (ChIPS), and the Internet Law Student Organization (ILSO).

Prior to law school, Taylor received her undergraduate degree in biophysics and helped research neurodevelopment in stem cells, focusing on autism-associated genes.

Community Involvement

Pro Bono

Taylor engaged in pro bono work at the Asian Law Caucus, focusing on immigration justice, worker’s rights, and housing rights. She helped draft a Freedom of Information Act request and generated research memorandums regarding recent developments in immigration policy. Furthermore, Taylor compiled developing case law pertaining to racial discrimination in the workplace.
