Biography
MICHELLE JIANG focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity. Prior to joining Sidley, Michelle served as a summer associate at a northern New England-based law firm where she researched issues concerning Title VII retaliation claims, takings violations, micro-captive insurance laws, exculpatory clauses in accountant services, food and drug regulations, current practices for design patent applications, and European patent rules for priority.
Michelle is fluent in Mandarin.
