Biography
JENNIFER KALVELAGE represents lenders and agents in fund finance transactions, including syndicated and bilateral capital call facilities, management company facilities, and investor and GP-level financings. Jennifer’s practice includes advising on complex structures, as well as fund and company documentation concerns. Jenn’s experience also includes venture capital and middle-market commercial finance transactions.
Prior to joining Sidley, Jenn was an associate at another global law firm. Before becoming a lawyer, she practiced as a CPA (now inactive), handling tax compliance and planning for individuals, trusts and estates, and corporations.
