MAYAN KATZ advises publicly held and private companies, investors, and founders on a wide range of strategic transactions and corporate matters. His practice focuses on the life sciences, biotechnology, medical device, pharmaceutical, and digital healthcare sectors. He counsels clients across the corporate lifecycle, from formation through exit, including emerging company, venture and growth financings, mergers and acquisitions, and complex transactions.

Mayan has significant experience representing buyers and sellers in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including structured transactions, divestitures, spin-outs, joint ventures, option and build-to-buy deals, and royalty monetization. Drawing on deep experience in the life sciences sector, Mayan regularly counsels both companies and investors on early, late-stage, and growth financings, corporate governance matters, and strategic transactions.
