Biography

ANDREW KLAUBER focuses his practice on all aspects of corporate restructuring, including bankruptcy proceedings, out-of-court reorganizations and workouts, and bankruptcy-related litigation.

Prior to joining Sidley, Andrew served as a law clerk for The Honorable Gerald Bard Tjoflat of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in Jacksonville, Florida.

While attending Duke University School of Law, Andrew served as a staff editor of the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law and Public Policy and the Duke Law and Technology Review.
