Biography
SUZANNA LEWIS focuses her practice on public and private M&A and corporate governance matters.
Suzanna earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Chicago-Kent College of Law and was elected to Order of the Coif. While in law school, she served as president of the Moot Court Honor Society and as a member of the Chicago-Kent Law Review, where her note was chosen for journal publication.
