Biography
VALENCE LI focuses her practice on representing clients in the offering and formation of private investment funds and advising institutional investors with respect to their investments in private funds.
Valence earned her J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law, where she served as senior online editor for the UC Davis Law Review and as finance chair of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. During law school, Valence also worked as a legal intern for an investment management company.
Valence received her B.A. in media studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
