JIA LIU’s practice focuses on drug, medical device, and food regulatory work, as well as corporate registration matters. She has substantial experience with operations of medical, healthcare, and pharmaceutical companies in China. She has also assisted numerous multinational companies and their Chinese subsidiaries in internal compliance programs and investigations under the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and China’s anti-bribery laws.

She is a native Chinese speaker and is fluent in English.
