Evan Myers

EVAN MYERS focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity. He represents public and private companies across industries in corporate and transactional matters, including public and private acquisitions, divestitures, investments, and other general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Sidley, Evan earned his J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where he served as an editor of the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology and as a teaching assistant in Negotiations and Legal Ethics.

Evan received his B.A. in business journalism and economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a member of the Honors College. Before attending law school, he served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Fiji.
