Biography
PHAGUNI NANGIA focuses her practice on private alternative investment funds — their structuring, management, and related corporate and regulatory matters.
Phaguni received her J.D. from Notre Dame Law School, where she worked as a legal intern at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. Phaguni received her B.S. in biology from Benedictine University and her M.S. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.
