EMMANUELLE TURNER works on a broad range of contentious matters, with a focus on international arbitration, dispute resolution, cross-border investigations, and contentious regulatory work.

Emmanuelle has a breadth of experience in the High Court of Justice of England and Wales, and worked on contractual claims, data protection claims, and product liability matters.

Recent examples of Emmanuelle’s work include advising:

• A UK national company on a breach of contract claim relating to services provided throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
• On the successful defense of a high value fraudulent misrepresentation and breach of contract claim in relation to research into a pharmaceutical drug.
• Multiple international product suppliers in relation to product liability issues including advising on global product recalls spanning across 15 jurisdictions.
• International companies in relation to their contractual position and risks associated with proposed strategies.
• International companies on successfully defending data protection claims.
