Anne G. Wallice

ANNE WALLICE focuses her practice on advising large private and public companies, creditors, and investors in highly complex restructuring transactions.

Prior to joining Sidley, Anne was an associate at another top global law firm where she coordinated Chapter 11 restructurings for aviation, healthcare, energy, and retail companies. She also has experience advising clients on various out-of-court transactions, acquisitions, and distressed investments.

Anne received her J.D. from William & Mary Law School, magna cum laude, and her B.A. in political science/Spanish, cum laude, from the College of Charleston. While attending law school, Anne served as the executive editor of the William & Mary Law Review.

Debtor Representations

• Representing Prospect Medical Holdings, Inc. (Prospect) and several of its subsidiaries in its ongoing Chapter 11 cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas. With over US$2.2 billion in outstanding funded debt, Prospect’s Chapter 11 cases are among the largest filed in 2025.
• Represented Eiger Biopharmaceuticals, Inc., a Palo Alto, California-based biopharmaceutical company that developed treatments for rare metabolic diseases, in its Chapter 11 cases in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas through three successful asset sales and a consensual plan of liquidation, resulting in the prepetition secured lender and unsecured creditors being paid in full and distributions being made to equity.
• Represented Accelerate Diagnostics, Inc., an innovative diagnostic testing company, in the out-of-court restructuring of its matured bond debt.
• Represented Amerijet International Airlines and certain of its affiliates and subsidiaries in connection with their comprehensive financial and operational out-of-court restructuring.
• Represented Envision Healthcare Corp. and its 216 debtor subsidiaries in their prearranged Chapter 11 restructuring in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
• Represented Nordic Aviation Capital Designated Activity Company and its 116 debtor subsidiaries in their prearranged Chapter 11 restructuring in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
• Represented Mood Media Corporation and its affiliates in their prepackaged Chapter 11 restructuring in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
• Represented Tailored Brands, Inc. and its 17 affiliates in their prearranged Chapter 11 cases in the U.S.  Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
• Represented FullBeauty Brands Holdings Corp. and its affiliates in their prepackaged Chapter 11 restructuring in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. 
• Represented Mission Coal Company and its debtor affiliates in their Chapter 11 cases filed in the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
