MICHAEL WELCH advises asset managers, hedge funds, and other financial institutions on complex structured finance and securitization matters across a broad range of asset classes, including residential mortgage loans (including prime jumbo, QM, non-QM, reperforming, and home equity lines of credit), student loans, trade receivables, equipment leases, and auto loans. He has experience with corporate, capital markets, and finance transactions, including warehouse financing, structured financing, back leverage financing, and credit risk transfer transactions for residential mortgage loans, corporate loans, student loans, and auto loans.
