Biography
HOLLY YEUNG's practice focus on property-related matters (both contentious and non-contentious). He has dealt with a number of major non-contentious property transactions and contentious proceedings relating to property and tenancy matters. In addition, he has extensive experience in dealing with the property aspects of substantial corporate deals involving property interests in Hong Kong, Mainland China and other jurisdictions. Effective from April 20, 2009, he was appointed by the Chinese Ministry of Justice as an China-Appointed Attesting Officer.
Holly is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
