Sidley counsel Adam Raviv will speak at the Alliance for Automotive Innovation’s Electric Vehicle (EV) Policy Fundamentals Webinar Series. Adam will join Dan Bowerson, Vice President of Energy and Environment Policy at the Alliance, in a discussion on “Understanding Regulations, Programs, and the Road Ahead.” This session will provide a high-level look at the laws and regulations governing auto emissions, as well as state and federal programs accelerating EV sales. Attendees will gain valuable insights into the current state of the EV industry, sales trends by vehicle type, and state-by-state adoption patterns. Additionally, the webinar will cover updates on the development of public charging infrastructure across the U.S., helping stakeholders stay informed on the evolving EV landscape.
This four-part series will run from July 9 through July 30, and participants who attend all four sessions will receive a Certificate in EV Policy Fundamentals. The series will explore the fundamentals of electric vehicle policy and strategies for building a comprehensive ecosystem for electrification. The webinar series ultimately aims to address what successful EV ecosystem implementation looks like and how the private sector can work with government to accomplish shared goals.
