Sidley Represents Apollo Funds in Sale of Minority Investment in Autodoc

Sidley represented managed funds associated with the Hybrid Value franchise of Apollo Global Management, Inc. (Apollo Funds) in the sale of their minority investment in Autodoc SE (Autodoc). The transaction marks the successful conclusion of a transformative partnership that began in April 2024, when Apollo Funds acquired the minority stake in Autodoc.

Autodoc is the leading digital pure-play automotive parts platform in Europe. In 2025, Autodoc generated €1.8 billion in sales revenue. As an institutional partner of Autodoc since April 2024, Apollo provided strategic guidance to help set Autodoc on a successful path to access institutional capital markets.
