Sidley Investment Funds partners Annie Wallis and Michael Sabin will be featured panelists on March 9, at the IBA 24th Annual International Conference on Private Investment Funds. Annie’s session, “Structured Solutions/Creative capital raising – RNF, NAV, CFO, subline feeders,” will explore innovative structured finance and capital-raising strategies, including RNFs, NAV financing, CFOs, and subline feeder arrangements, and how they are being used to enhance liquidity and optimize fund structures.
