Sidley Investment Funds partners Annie Wallis and Michael Sabin will be featured panelists on March 9, at the IBA 24th Annual International Conference on Private Investment Funds. Michael’s session, “Trends in platform arrangements, side letter negotiations, syndications and co-investments,” will explore current market trends and key negotiation considerations in platform arrangements, side letters, syndications, and co-investments within private investment structures.
