The International Insolvency Institute Names Ameneh Bordi to Its 2023 NextGen Leadership Program

Ameneh Bordi, a senior managing associate in Sidley’s New York office, has been accepted into Class XII of the International Insolvency Institute’s NextGen Leadership Program for 2023.

The International Insolvency Institute is a global membership of leading professionals, scholars, and judges with extensive experience in international insolvency law and practice that aims to improve the law and practice related to domestic and international insolvencies and restructurings in order to promote economic wellbeing, investment, and the efficient administration of justice.

The NextGen Class XII will be officially recognized at a meeting on June 9, 2023, in Amsterdam, prior to the Institute’s 23rd Annual Conference.

Ameneh focuses her practice on overseeing the execution of complex, high-pressure restructurings. Her experience includes top-tier large and complex matters for both company and creditor-side representations.
