Sidley Shortlisted for 2023 Bankruptcy “Law Firm of the Year” by Chambers USA

Sidley has been shortlisted for “Law Firm of the Year” in the Bankruptcy category for the Chambers USA Awards 2023. These annual awards honor the work of law firms and individuals across the United States that include “outstanding work, impressive strategic growth, and excellence in client service” as their hallmarks.

Sidley’s global Restructuring group consists of nearly 70 full-time restructuring lawyers and is regularly involved in the largest and most complex cross-border insolvency matters throughout the U.S., Europe, and Asia. In 2022, Sidley was company counsel in many of the largest restructurings worldwide, including 11 matters with funded debt liabilities of more than US$1 billion, and several of the largest restructurings by funded debt globally.
