Aviva Yakren Named to GlobeSt.com’s “Women of Influence 2023” List

Aviva Yakren, a partner in Sidley’s New York office whose practice focuses on real estate, has been named to GlobeSt.com’s “Women of Influence 2023” list in the “CRE Legal Counsel” category. The annual list recognizes “women who have made their mark in commercial real estate through many praise-worthy accomplishments.”

GlobeSt.com highlighted Aviva’s representation of private equity investors for acquiring, developing, and financing real estate and her work with financial institutions on all elements of real estate finance. The publication gave special mention to Aviva’s work on “community development matters that directly benefit affordable housing in New York City and across the country,” including those with novel financing structures to facilitate complex developments.
