Sidley Represents Lido Advisors in Its Partnership With Jackson Hole Capital Partners

Sidley is representing Lido Advisors, a nationally recognized wealth advisory firm headquartered in Los Angeles, California with over US$42 billion in regulatory assets under management (RAUM), in its partnership with Jackson Hole Capital Partners (JHCP), an independent wealth management firm based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The partnership will add JHCP’s team to Lido as partners, expanding Lido’s presence in Oklahoma and adding more than US$1 billion in RAUM, as well as expertise in customized traditional and alternative investment approaches.

The Sidley team is being led by David Grinberg and Dan Belke (M&A and Private Equity), and includes Daniel Gessner and Eden Shemuelian (M&A and Private Equity); Victoria Anglin (Investment Funds); and Jonathan Koh (Real Estate).
